B is for Bougainvillea - Plant Care

Whenever we receive bougainvilleas at Westmount Florist it’s like a breath of fresh air. Summer is here!...well, almost. Dave (one of the owners) managed to scoop up some of these beautiful plants for the store this morning and they are flying out the door! But have no fear, we will be receiving more and more…and more! This week we are bananas about bougainvilleas!

Florist Valentine's Day Fantasies

Being a florist on Valentine's Day can be a little bit tricky. It's a wonderful job and an extra fun holiday to work on, don't get me wrong... but on this particular holiday our own personal romances are pretty much put on the back burner for the sake of other lovers. So on this snowy February day, we front store girls have found ourselves fantasizing about our perfect Valentine's Day if we didn't have any other responsibilities and thought our ideas were nice enough to share.
