These lovely blossoms are at the top of our favorite flower list. Why? Well, lisianthus are not only beautiful, they are long lasting, versatile and come in the prettiest shades you will ever see. Also known as the Texas Bluebell, lisianthus look fantastic with a few garden roses, hydrangeas and greens to make a pretty garden inspired bouquet. This week we are loving lisianthus!
Yes, salmon is a fish! Indigenous to Canada, both Pacific and Atlantic coasts. Pacific salmon is a rich, orangey, ruby-magenta while Atlantic salmon is a pale, coral, peachy-pink. Yes, we are writing a blog for flowers!
Easter has always been one of my favorite times, and not just because it means lots of chocolate. Its springtime, everything is being reborn. Tulips, crocuses, daffodils, you name it, its sprouting up through the earth. The trees are budding, the birds are singing, and the Easter Bunny is on his way. Holidays for me always come with a whole host of memories, and over the years my family has had lots of fun little Easter traditions.
