How do I place my order?
First choose your delivery destination in the pop up box and shop. Click ‘buy flowers and gifts’ and start browsing our collections. Follow the easy steps that will guide you to the checkout.
How soon will my flowers be delivered?
Westmount Florist can usually provide same day delivery in Greater Montreal, Laval and the South Shore Monday to Saturday if orders are received before noon (EST) on that day. Delivery is not available on Sundays and public holidays. Deliveries to remote locations will incur a special delivery charge. Please provide clear delivery details with a contact phone number to help us get your order there as quickly as possible!
How do I know that the flowers I requested will be delivered?
At Westmount Florist we do our best to ensure that you get exactly what you want. Unfortunately we don’t always have the exact products you may see online. In our ‘order detail’ section there is a box where you can make special requests, type them in…and we will do our best to fulfill them!
What sorts of arrangements are available?
If you browse through our collections, you will see that Westmount Florist have many different arrangements available. They come in all different styles, colors and prices for any event or occasion.
What type of flowers will be in the arrangement?
Depending on availability the flowers are subject to change, but we will always to our best to match the colors and flowers you see online!
Can I choose flowers and colors?
You can definitely choose colors! Flowers too! But because we are working with perishables, sometimes the flowers you see might be out of stock or not up to our Westmount Florist standards. In that case, you may have to give us a second choice for color and flowers. Type this information in the ‘other special requests…’ box.
What is the cut off time for me to place my order locally?
Same day delivery from Monday to Saturday by Westmount Florist is guaranteed throughout Greater Montreal, Laval and the South Shore on orders placed before noon (EST). Same day delivery can be available on orders placed after these times, but it’s not guaranteed.
Can my order be delivered on weekends and holidays?
Westmount Florist can same-day deliver orders on Saturday throughout Greater Montreal, Laval and the South Shore if they are placed with Westmount Florist before noon (EST). Normally we do not deliver on Sundays, with the exception of Easter Sunday and Mothers Day.
Can I request a specific time for my order to be delivered? (am/pm)
For most orders you are able to request a morning or afternoon delivery during normal business hours. A preferred delivery time cannot be specified, we will do our best but cannot guarantee it.
Please note: While Westmount Florist offers customers the opportunity to nominate a preferred time of delivery (e.i AM, PM or ASAP) it is not possible to guarantee that these times will be achieved.
Can I send alcohol with my order of flowers?
Westmount Florist is not able to send alcohol with your local order. The laws regarding the sending of alcohol with flowers are very complicated.
Can I have gourmet or gift items sent with my flowers?
If you would like us to include a personal gift to accompany your flowers, please phone Westmount Florist and let us know. Then bring the gift into one of our stores a few days in advance so we can prepare your order properly. We have beautiful gourmet baskets available and it’s not a problem if you would like to add your own gourmet gifts to them.
What payment methods can I use?
Online, Westmount Florist accepts all major credit cards. In store we accept cash, cheque, debit and all major credit cards.
How can I make sure my credit card details are secure when purchasing online at Westmount Florist?

What do I do if my credit card is declined?
In the event that your credit card is not able to be charged, you will be notified by Westmount Florist (usually via the email address you have supplied to Westmount Florist or by phone).
How do I make changes to my order after I have already placed it?
You are certainly able to cancel or make changes to your order after it has been placed with Westmount Florist within a reasonable time frame before delivery. You are able to do so by contacting Westmount Florist by phone or email (remember to include as many details as possible e.i name of recipient/order number etc).
What happens if there is a delivery problem or other problems with my order?
Delivery problems can occur for a number of reasons. They are usually related to the recipient of the gift not being at the address at the time of delivery, or incorrect recipient contact details supplied to Westmount Florist. Depending on the circumstances of the delivery issue, Westmount Florist will do its best to re-deliver the flowers at a more appropriate time or date after verifying with the sender.
Can Westmount Florist help me to remember important birthdays, anniversaries and occasions?
Yes! Westmount Florist has a easy-to-use Reminder Service. Read more about our reminder service by clicking on ‘SERVICES’ at the top of our website!
What happens if the recipient isn’t home when Westmount Florist tries to make the delivery?
If the person you are sending flowers or a gift to isn’t there when the gift is delivered, the Westmount Florist driver will either leave a calling card to explain that they tried to deliver the gift or will try and get in touch with your recipient via telephone (is the number has bee supplied to Westmount Florist). It’s then the responsibility of the recipient of your gift to contact Westmount Florist to arrange another delivery time. Westmount Florist will only leave the gift on the doorstep/at reception (wherever the delivery was to) if it is judged safe to do so by our driver.
