Where do you deliver to?
Through our online store you can send flowers anywhere in Greater Montreal, Laval and the North and South Shore. In store or over the phone we can facilitate flower deliveries to the rest of Canada, the U.S. or even Internationally.
How are my flowers delivered?
Westmount florist uses custom packaging to ensure your flower delivery arrives safe and in style! Some flowers get thirstier than others on the way to their destination, we take extra care to make sure they stay hydrated with water picks (little water tubes) or a special hydration pack.
Who is delivering my flowers?
We employ our own drivers and use our own fleet of flower delivery vehicles to ensure you receive the care that Westmount florist is known for. We are hands on from the time you place your order to the time that it is received. On occasion for special time deliveries or for deliveries further from the city of Montreal we use a trusted specialized delivery service partner.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost of your flower delivery depends on where you're sending.
Deliveries in Westmoount and Pointe-Claire are $7.50 while most other locations on the island of Montreal range from 10.95 - 17.95.

How soon can my flowers be delivered?
If your order is received before noon (EST) Westmount Florist can usually provide same day flower delivery in Greater Montreal, Laval and the South Shore Monday to Saturday. For a rush delivery call us at 514-488-9121 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can my order be delivered on weekends?
We deliver flowers on Saturdays 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We do not deliver on Sundays.
Funeral homes will accept flower deliveries late Saturday for services taking place on a Sunday.
Can my flowers be delivered on holidays?
We do not deliver on the following holidays:
New Years Day
Victoria Day (last Monday before May 25th)
St-Jean-Baptiste (June 24th)
Canada Day (July 1st)
Labor Day (first Monday in September)
Canadian Thanksgiving (second Monday in October)
Christmas Day and boxing day (December 25th and 26th)
Can I request a specific time for my order to be delivered? (am/pm)
For most orders we can accept requests for morning (9am to 12pm) or afternoon delivery. We do our absolute best to adhere to your requested time however, is not possible to guarantee that these times will be achieved.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home when Westmount Florist tries to make the delivery?
If the recipient isn’t there when the flowers are delivered, we will try and contact them with the phone number provided.
If the recipient cannot be reached by phone we will leave a message on their voicemail (if they have one) and a calling card in their mail. The voicemail and calling card will advise the receipt to;
1. Pick up their flowers with a neighbour who has been kind enough to accept them.
2. Call us at the store to arrange for re-delivery.
3. Pick up their flowers at a safe location around the house (ex. front porch, back door)
Westmount Florist will only leave the gift on the doorstep/at reception (wherever the delivery was to) if it is judged safe to do so by our delivery driver.
How will I know if my flowers have been delivered?
Westmount florist sends out flower delivery confirmations at the end of the day to the email you provide us with to let you know everything went alright with your flower delivery.

How do I find out the status of my flower delivery?
You will receive an email confirmation to let you know that everything went alright with your flower delivery at the end of requested delivery day.
